Calm, grounded & patience are qualities I truly embody as an experienced caregiver. Hi I'm Allison, I'm 36 years old & I'm passionate about fostering the growth & the development of mindfulness in children. I have 2 yrs of paid experience w/nannying but I have well over 10 yrs of experience w/caring for my siblings children of all ages. I pride myself in my ability to stay calm in the midst of chaos. I'm confident in my ability to create a safe, nurturing, & stimulating environment for your family. My patient, & playful personality allows me to connect easily w/children &create a positive enjoyable atmosphere. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules & routines while maintaining a supportive & respectful relationship w/children. I enjoy playing a variety of games w/ kids including board games, puzzles, educational games, crafts, &outdoor activities. I have a bachelors degree in psychology w/an emphasis in child development, as well as some graduate experience in psychology.
