About Allison

Hello! My name is Allison , and I am looking for a part-time/full-time position as a Nanny/Babysitter. I received a Bachelor's of Science from Michigan State University in 2022. Following this, I spent time in the service industry before I began working as an Assistant Teacher at a Montessori Preschool. There, I used my previous experiences in Child Development courses and a multitude of resources provided by my lead teachers to improve my child-caring skills. I was taught the value of independence, respect, and structure in children's lives. Most importantly - proper, kind child-care was modeled for me in various ways that I have been able to integrate into my own Montessori-based style. I have since provided care for an infant from ages 3-7 months as a nanny, where I was able to refine these skills.
