Hi, I'm Allison! I'm 22 and I've been in the child care field for about 8 years! It first started off as babysitting and nannying kids 1-12, then working as an early learning instructor, to just last year I progressed my career in the field of ABA. I am specialized in working with children with varying levels of cognitive and behavioral issues. I primarily work with kids ages of 3-16 years old. I am CPR certified and have experience potty training and with e-learning. I also have prior background in retail and customer service. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, friendly, and responsible! I like working with kids because they are always willing to adventure, learn, and try new things when given the opportunity.
