About Allison

I have had experience babysitting and nannying three girls, ages 5-11, providing meals, cleaning up after, driving to practices or the pool, etc. I have also cared for a young baby from months 4-12, for 2-3 days a week, and at a different time, a toddler boy (age 2-3). Two summers in college, I worked as a camp counselor for girls ages 11-17, responsible for organizing games and activities, leading Bible studies, teaching skills, supervising, overseeing mealtimes, taking care of sick children, and encouraging children to reach their fullest potential. This camp expects staff and campers to proceed with a strong focus on safety, communication and teamwork. I have been able to experience diverse situations that have best equipped me to problem solve quickly, as well as find a balance of fun and structure. Currently I work part time for a campus ministry, but am looking for another enjoyable position to help balance my life and do something that I love, spend time with kids!
