Hello, my name is Allison & I love working with children. I have always been surrounded by children. High school into college I worked 3 summers at Rolling Hills Day Camp. My first year I was considered a floater, so I had the opportunity to interact with all the children of the camp daily. The next 2 two years I was head counselor to the 5-year-old girls division. In college I worked part time as a babysitter. One family I worked part time with for 7 years on an as needed basis. I then spent 5 years working for a family with 4 daughters full time. I then worked with a family full time with a newborn & 5-year-old for 3 years. My most recent was a family of four boys ranging in ages 2-6 years old that I was with for 3 years. I have experience with newborns & multiples. I am a certified Medical Assistant & CPR. I am a former swimmer who still enjoys the water and feels very comfortable supervising children in the pool. I am an animal lover & own a reliable car.

Allison was our nanny for 5 years and took care of our 4 daughters from when the youngest was an infant until our oldest was 10. She was fully responsible for the girls all day including getting ready for school, packing lunches, drop-offs, after school activities, and baths. Beyond all of these requirements, she was wonderful with the girls, playing games, helping with homework, and creating crafts. She was equally wonderful for me with things like picking up "emergency" groceries, clearing out old toys, and sorting through outgrown clothes (on her own initiative). Allison has that special ability to appropriately discipline children while always remaining calm and caring. I highly recommend her to any family looking for a loving, highly engaged, and proactive nanny.
