About Allison

I've always had a passion for nurturing children's growth and development, which is why I decided to become a caregiver. With four years of experience, I'm well-equipped to care for up to three children, between the ages of 0 and 7. I'm a patient, calm, and creative individual with a friendly and approachable demeanor. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules that's follow what the parents inform me of. When it comes to communicating with parents, I adapt to their preferred method, whether it's through daily updates, regular phone calls, or written reports. I believe in open and honest communication to ensure a positive and trusting relationship. I enjoy engaging children in various activities, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I'm currently at Boise state working towards my degree in Elementary Education so working with kids is my passion.
