Hi, my name is Allison! I have been working in childcare since I was about 10-years old! I began working in the church nursery at a young age and since then have moved into babysitting for families. I am the youngest of 6 children and an aunt to 8 wonderful nieces and nephews... so I am more than comfortable around children. Due to both my parents being special education teachers, I love to focus on fine motor skill development, educationally based activities, and hands on crafts/ play time.
