While attending Baylor University and graduating with Honors in Chemistry, I worked full-time as a nanny for 4 years. I still visit often and celebrate birthdays with the kiddos. We became family. I recently moved to Dallas, and am working virtually full-time as a health care recruiter. Allison is a very dependable young woman. I hired her for a single day event when I needed assistance with my 1 and 3 year olds during a family wedding. We spoke on the phone before, I spoke to her reference and we met up once I was in town. She was kind, personable and great with my children. She arrived on time and stayed through the duration of her shift without any issues. She was attentive, especially to my 1 year old who had a few "toddler moments" and required some special attention. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat!
