About Allison

Hi, I'm Alli! I have several years of experience providing childcare and am excited to connect with a new family. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where little ones feel comfortable, supported, and free to explore the world around them. I especially love witnessing a child's curiosity and sense of wonder! I'm a Kalamazoo College graduate, and this fall, I'll be pursuing a Master's degree in social work. With an MSW, I hope to continue working with children and families in a clinical setting. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience, creativity, and intentional engagement, whether that's through hands-on crafts, spending time outside, or joining in on whatever sparks a child's excitement. I value communication and like to keep parents informed with regular updates about their child's day. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain structure. I'm happy to help out around the house with cleaning, meal prep, and other tasks as well!
