About Allison

Hi, I'm Allison! I'm 27 years old and currently studying Educational Studies and Childhood Development, with plans to graduate in December 2025. I'm also currently participating on the Disney College Program, where I'm gaining leadership skills while working with a magical team at Disney World! Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of working with children in a variety of settings. I've led afterschool programs, summer camps, and youth events, and I've also been involved in foster care programs, providing support for children in need. I've worked with kids of all ages, from infants to teens, including children on the spectrum and those with disabilities. Each experience has helped me develop a deep understanding of different needs and ways to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for all kids. I'm passionate about building trust and creating positive, enriching experiences for children, so you can feel confident and at ease knowing they're in good hands!
