About Allison

Hi, I'm Ally! I am graduating senior at Texas Christian University, where I've studied Kinesiology. I'll be starting Northwestern University's Doctorate of Physical Therapy program this fall. My dream is to become a pediatric physical therapist, where I can create an engaging, supportive environment for children to rehabilitate. I have extensive experience caring for children, including working as an au pair in Lyon, France last summer, where I provided full-time care for two children, assisting with homework, planning creative activities, and immersed them in English. This experience strengthened my skills in childcare, patience, and cross-cultural communication. I am originally from Libertyville, IL and have a background in ballet, which I've practiced since the age of three. I've directed summer ballet camps for preschoolers, focusing on creativity and confidence-building. I will be back home this summer and am looking to nanny for a family 5+ day/week from May to August!
