We were so lucky to have Allison as our nanny for our son from three months old until we transitioned to daycare around his first birthday. She was an amazing fit for our family. Her calm and intuitive approach to childcare is truly special. She has a gift for connecting with little ones, and our son absolutely adored her, especially when she sang songs with him. As a first-time mom, I appreciated having someone with her experience to bounce ideas off of. She was always supportive and insightful, and it felt like having a trusted family member caring for our little guy. She would send pictures throughout the day and give us updates. I loved hearing her perspective on his development and personality. She was also incredibly flexible and dependable, stepping in on short notice when we were sick and even staying in Denver overnight so we could have a much-needed date night. Leaving her was purely a financial decision—we wish we could have kept her full-time! Any family would be so fortunate to have her. We can't recommend her enough! She also helped care for our new puppy which I know wasn’t easy juggling the baby as well! So grateful for her!
