Duties performed are transfers using both Hoyer lifts and gait belts for those up to 200 lbs, dispensing & reminder meds, bathing- dressing, meal preparation and feeding, toileting, light house keeping including changing bed linens and washing dishes, monitoring blood pressure and blood sugar, running errands and taking clients to Dr appointments.. I have experience with clients that have mild to severe Dementia/Alzheimer's, COPD, advanced stage Multiple Sclerosis, and Hospice. Certifications: American Caregiver Association Health Aid Certified, TB test in 02/19, CPR and First Aid updated and approved. Car and insurance.
