About Allison

Hello! My name is Ally. I am a caretaker with 10 years experience in childcare ranging from one on one nannying to leading group activities in pediatric therapy sessions! I love working with kids more than anything and, because of that, am highly present and joyful throughout my days at work. I am not afraid to be silly, dance, sing, and I have a robust imagination. I love to be a good example of kindness, openness and responsibility for children. I naturally gravitate toward gentle parenting methods: if I give a child a boundary, I like to explain why. I believe in the importance of building children's self-confidence and surrounding them with love. When nannying, I spend as much time outdoors with children as possible.
