About Allison

Hello, my name is Ally and I'm currently finishing my elementary education degree at SVSU. I believe kids can learn and grow best in an environment where they feel safe and nurtured, so I work to ensure I am providing this to all the children I babysit. Given my background in education, providing authentic opportunities for learning is very important to me. I enjoy spending time outdoors with the kids, taking them to museums and parks, and doing activities that they enjoy. I have 8 years of experience working with children. I've had summer nannying positions for several summers for various ages of children, ranging from infant to school-age. I also have spent an ample amount of time doing date-night/overnight sitting. Additionally, I have spent the past 4 years working at a tutoring center, and I have been a substitute teacher for the past 2 years.
