Hi! I'm 23 years old and have been babysitting and nannying for 11 years now. I have experience of working with children ranging from 2 months old to 12 years old. I've worked in the infant room of a daycare as the lead teacher for a year and a half as well as nannied a set of twins from the ages of 3 months to 15 months. Currently, I'm pursuing a Medical Coding degree online, which gives me a pretty open and flexible schedule. In the past, I've held various roles, including lifeguard, swim instructor, nanny, and child care teacher/leader. Allie is trustworthy, caring, responsible, kindhearted, and just overall an amazing young lady! She has cared for my daughter on many occasions (now 2.5 years old) since she was just a few months old and we consider her as family. Allie is always willing to step in and help, often at the last minute if she is available. My daughter LOVES when Allie comes over and I know that she is in good hands. I was also Allie's supervisor when she was a volunteer and later a staff member at YMCA's Camp Hope, a 2 week day camp for children with disabilities. Not only did Allie form bonds with various campers, but she also showed compassion to all and stepped in wherever she was needed. We are lucky to have Allie in our lives!
