About Allison

Caring for children has always come naturally to me but now, with a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 5+ years, my skills in empathy, organization, communication, discipline, receptivity, and working with a plethora of students and clients who may be on the Autism spectrum or have other special needs that require a deeper understanding of, has grown tremendously. I have not only babysat for years for friends and family but also been a nanny to a few families, volunteered at churches in the children's ministries, and as an RBT, I have acquired certifications like Child and Adult CPR and Frist Aid, Mental Health First Aid, and passed a level 2 background check. I am currently going to Polk State College with a plan to transfer to USF and major in Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Psychology.
