I'm Alli and I very recently moved to odessa from Virginia! Creative, fun, and organized would be the three words I use to describe myself! As far as experience goes, I have cared for both of my nieces since they were newborns, now ages 4 and 2, and babysat throughout high school and college. I was also a leader in my youth group, where I helped plan and organize activities and trips for the younger members throughout southern Virginia.
