About Allison

Hi! My name is Allison and I am currently a junior at the University . I am studying Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences with plans on becoming a Pediatric Speech Pathologist. I also have completed a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. The last four summers I have spent working at Lutheran High Summer Camp here and I have loved every second of it. During my time as a Senior Camp Counselor I was responsible for around 15-25 children, ages 5-12, five days a week for nine hours a day. I designed and facilitated creative games, activities, and day trips. I grew strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills through building relationships with children, parents, and staff. I know this is an extremely busy time of the year for families and so I would love to help out. I am currently in Springfield for my winter break until January 20th and I would love to help you and your family out!
