My passion for helping children grow and develop has led me to a fulfilling career as a childcare provider. With over 6 years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to 3 children of all ages. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring they're updated on their child's day and any issues that arise. I am confident in enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment for the children in my care. I hold a college degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I have worked at the highest level of mental health residential care in the state as a behavioral care specialist. I'm trained in cultural awareness and competency, working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and verbal de-escalation.
