About Allison

Hi, I'm Allie! I have been working with children for years in a variety of settings. Currently, I work as a daycare aide, primarily caring for 18-month-olds, where I assist with daily routines, engage in age-appropriate activities, and help create a nurturing and stimulating environment. In high school, I volunteered with children and adults with Down syndrome and autism, leading cooking courses and life skills classes, as well as assisting in spring break camps. During the summers, I worked as a camp counselor at a sleepaway camp, where I taught sailing and was responsible for a cabin of campers. These experiences have given me valuable skills in childcare, from creating fun arts and crafts activities to handling challenges with patience and care. I'm passionate about fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive space for children to learn and grow, and I'd love the opportunity to support your family!
