About Allie

Hi, my name is Allie:) Working with the special needs population is my passion; I have been in the field of ABA since 2012, and a BCBA for just under 5 years now. I truly love what I do and all the individuals & families I have had the chance to connect with throughout the years. My main priority is always building rapport and a trusting relationship with not only the child/adult, but the families as well. I have experience working with individuals of all ages (toddlers-adults), various diagnoses, levels of need/support, and locations (homes, community, clinics, and schools). My strengths include increasing overall independence through the development of functional skills. I love using natural opportunities to teach these skills while keeping it light-hearted & fun! I am also very experienced & comfortable working with those who may display severe, challenging and/or aggressive behaviors. If I sound like a good match for your family, I would love to connect!
