About Allie

I'm a creative caregiver with a passion for nurturing children. Aside from caring for children I am a wedding and event florist and a college student majoring in Arts Administration. My patient and reserved nature allows me to calmly navigate any challenges that arise. I believe in open communication with parents, using their preferred method, to ensure a collaborative partnership. While I follow the parents' lead in terms of household rules, I'm skilled at implementing them fairly and consistently. I belive in spending lots of supervised time outside, minimal screens, playing games, creating crafts and core childhood memories. I have been caring for children between the ages of 4-13 for about two years. I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time. I find the imagination of children to be an inspiration, and I'm excited about the positive impact I can have on their lives.
