About Allie

Since high school, I have always had jobs working with children. In addition to regular babysitting jobs, I was a private nanny for 2 children during college. Since graduating, I've worked at two organizations, both providing services for children/young adults. I now work remotely for a start up in Encinitas so have a pretty flexible schedule. I am outgoing, dependable, and trustworthy. I am active/fun and prepared for whatever energy is coming my way. Whether it's an outdoor game, reading, crafts or a make-believe game, I show up excited and ready to have fun. Additionally, I am sensitive to the needs of children, putting them first and responding in a patient/caring manner. My experience as taught me to always think on my feet and be confident in making the best decision in all situations. My main priority is keeping children safe, gently enforcing the same rules the parent(s) do, and making sure that both children and their parent(s) feel safe and comfortable with me.
