Allie worked a year for me. I absolutely loved her. She even gave me a 5 month notice of when she would need to quit to help me prepare and my son adored her. Even though she is young, she is wise beyond her years. Very responsible. I was heart broken when she had leave us. I would gladly rehire her! I feel it is going to be next to impossible to find someone comparable.
