About Allie

I'd describe my personality as calm, friendly, and happy. I like working with kids because they are so fun and imaginative. I'm looking for a job that allows me to take care of kids and help busy parents. I am very hands on and like to do activities, play games, go outside etc. I started working with kids when I was just 14 years old by watching my siblings and neighborhood kids. I was a full time nanny for three children, one with special needs. I did home health care as a CNA with pediatric patients. I am now a Registered Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience. In my spare time, I like to watch Greys Anatomy, play with my dog, spend time with my family, and read. One thing you should know about me is that I am always able to adapt to different parenting styles and am very flexible. My skills include being CPR certified including special neonatal and pediatric resuscitation, helping with homework, cooking, cleaning, etc.
