About Allie
My experience comes with caring for my Mema. She's relatively independent, but as she gets older I'm required to help her with more which in no way bothers me. She's full of wisdom and funny jokes, and holds more life than most people I've met. I love keeping her company, and I know that's not my only job. I assist her in everything she needs including cooking, cleaning, helping her in any way she needs it. The fact that she still is allowed to feel independent even with assistance is what makes me love what I do.
