Hello, I'm Alley! I have experience with some things I am not a licensed professional but have experience with people who have ADHD, Autism, mental illness (including depression or bi polar), and some food allergies. My brother has ADHD and I have continuously helped him through it before as well as my Fiancé has ADHD as well as Autism. I have been around people who have had food allergies before, I have never used an EpiPen but more has kept them away from that food. My sister has struggled with Bi-Polar and depression before and I have a good understanding of how she feels when she is in a mood. I have struggled with depression before so I know how some people may feel when going through it but of course there problems are different from someone else.
