About Allexus

Hello all! My name is Allexus, I go by Lexi, I am a career nanny currently located in Cleveland, OH. I have been a nanny for a handful of different families over the past 8 years. I have enjoyed learning each family dynamic and challenging myself to grow my abilities in meeting each families individual needs. I thrive when given the freedom to plan and organize creative learning opportunities for the children, I am always looking for ways to incorporate individual learning and educational awareness. I strive to provide a nurturing and loving environment for the children I care for. My care approach includes a lot of nature exploration. I believe in engaging children in creative learning and problem solving, specializing activities to support each child's individual developmental needs. I am CPR/First Aide certified and also have 3 years lifeguard experience. I have a clean driving record and have provided rides to every family I have cared for in the past.
