Allanys is dependable, kind, friendly, and clearly very experienced. She has watched both my girls starting when they were ~1 & 4 - she can handle dinner, and bedtime, and cranky kids, and shy kids. Any time she is with my girls I know I have nothing to worry about - I have truly appreciated that I can count on her and my girls both love her!
