About Allan

Hi my name is Allan! Caring for others has always been a natural part of who I am. I find purpose and fulfillment in helping people feel safe, comfortable and supported in their daily lives. I am passionate about making a difference when it comes to supporting individuals and maintaining their independence and quality of life. I take the time to understand each person's unique needs and preferences. I believe that every individual should feel valued, heard and supported. My initial experience in caregiving was caring for my father and grandfather and their end of life days. That experience helped me learn the importance of being someone who is empathetic and can make a positive impact that families can count on. I have since had experience in assisting with daily routines, offering companionship, preparing simple meals, transporting for errands and appointments and lighthouse work.
