I am an educator with almost 30 years of experience working with children from baby to teenager, all so that I can help them unlock their unique potential. Regardless of where your child starts, it's my purpose to ensure they learn to believe in themselves so that growing up isn't wrought with unnecessary challenges of self-doubt, insecurity and inability to think creatively to deal with arising situations in a constructive manner. I have had experience taking care of newborns as well as attending to the needs of teens. In the last 3 decades, I have had the opportunity to work in classrooms, as well as in private homes, organizing schedules and running the household. I would love to connect with a likeminded family for a long-term partnership whether as a caretaker, an in-house teacher or a household manager.

Alla worked as a tutor with my 8 year old for about a year. She was reliable, always on time, and a great communicator. She cares deeply about everything she does. Her passion for teaching came through during her time with us. My kid was coming from a very negative place in regard to writing, and she made it fun for him and helped him create stories with themes he was interested in. They really connected and he looked forward to seeing her every week. Ultimately we had to say goodbye to Alla because my child needed some specialized instruction, but if I won the lottery I would have Alla homeschooling my child full time. Any family would be lucky to have her.
