I just love to teach and do a craft with them and to teach them to do their colors and ABC, shapes, and share some love with themselves I'm a very caring person. I have worked and directed a daycare in New York and have nannied and babysat children for most of my career life. I am also bilingual and speak Spanish fluently. I'd describe my personality as friendly loveable responsible I like working with kids because they are fun to work with them and see how they learn I'm looking for a job that I could be caring and teaching I started working with kids when working since I was 15 started with my niece and family kids then I had a day care the move to Florida to work with disable kids In my spare time, go to the beach and spend some time with grandkid One thing you should know about me is I'm a very responsible person caring

We were incredibly fortunate to have Alizon care for our baby (4-10 months old), and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. She is attentive, reliable, and an absolute joy to have around. From the very beginning, she showed exceptional attentiveness — she was never on her phone while caring for our baby unless they were listening to music together. She generally structured the day nicely, balancing a predictable routine so he would reliably eat and nap, with the flexibility to adapt based on our needs. I always appreciated her excellent communication. She never introduced a new food or took our baby anywhere without asking first. She even went above and beyond by bringing fresh produce that she and her family had gathered over the weekend (we did eat the most delicious strawberries)! Punctuality and reliability are two of her strongest qualities. She was always on time and flexible with my changing schedule, whether I needed her to come early (or later), stay later (or leave earlier). I never once had to stress about child care once we found her. She handled our baby’s laundry, kept his room spotless, and even helped with dishes and tidying up around the house. She would organize everything for the evening after she left — pacifiers in their place, bottles cleaned, and the nursery ready for the next day. On top of her day-to-day care, she also traveled with me for a business trip, and her support was absolutely invaluable. She even adapted so graciously when I chose to nurse during work-from-home days instead of pumping — making everything as smooth as possible for both me and my baby. Beyond her practical skills, she is a wonderful person and a great conversationalist — someone you genuinely enjoy having in your home. She is also bilingual, which turned out to be an incredible gift more than once. My baby even learned a few Spanish words (ex. “Water”, “Milk”! And maybe most importantly, I can tell she genuinely cares deeply for my little guy. She asks how he slept, how he feels, even on days when she isn’t responsible for him. For a 10 month old, he knows a LOT of things that I wouldn’t expect and I really attribute a lot of that to her. Alizon is the best nanny I could have ever hoped for. I stopped working and left my job to stay home full-time; otherwise, I would have continued with her in a heartbeat. Any family would be beyond lucky to have her. She deserves the absolute best and will be an incredible addition to any household.
