About Aliya

I recently obtained my CNA license and am comfortable preforming a variety of tasks. My calm and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with a wide variety of age ranges. I believe open communication is essential, so I maintain transparent and regular communication with the family about their loved one's day and any concerns that arise, using their preferred method. I'm comfortable preforming a variety of daily living activities such as but not limited to, bathing, dressing, toileting and meditation management. I have worked in Assisted living and Hospice full time for two years. My time in both of these positions have given me the essential skills to care for people from all different backgrounds, as well as all different diagnosis. I have extensive experience in caring for those with memory impairment and different behaviors or mood swings. I am always willing to learn more on how best to care for the families and their loved one.
