About Aliyah

Hi! I'm Aliyah and I am 27 years old and I bring a warm, creative, and patient energy to every caregiving role. With over 3 years of experience as a substitute paraprofessional in NYC public schools, I specialize in working with children of all ages and learning styles-including those with IEPs and special needs. I'm passionate about helping kids grow both academically and emotionally, and I work closely with families to create a supportive, structured, and engaging environment. I have a strong background in music education. As a private piano and voice teacher for over six years, I love incorporating creativity and rhythm into learning, whether we're working through homework or just having fun! I'm CPR & First Aid certified, currently earning my degree in Music Education at Brooklyn College, and hold a New York State Teaching Assistant Certificate. I'd love to be part of your family's team.
