Alivia, has taken care of my 5 year old son, since he was a 1 year old toddler. She keeps him actively engaged playing games indoors and outdoors and reading books. She is even a certified life guard and swim coach. She did swim lessons with my son too. Alivia is always prompt and shows up ready to work with good energy and a smile on her face. She follows direction well and prepares small meals for children. I now have a 1 year old daughter and she is able to manage both the 1 year old and 5 year old. She is able to change diapers with no issues. She is a wonderful caregiver.
