I'm a well rounded and dynamic young person who thinks it's important to help kids gain confidence in themselves and exhibit strong ethics! I have also worked as a PA, administrative assistant, as a DSP for physically and/or mentally disabled individuals, and I worked at coffee shops while in college so I am open to other roles in household management. Our kids absolutely love Alivia. She has helped take care of 4 kids at a time, ranging 5-8 in age, and is always punctual, and able to continuously thinking of creative, fun things to do with them. Incredibly well organized, and able to be both very friendly and fun with the kids, while maintaining a great amount of respect from them!
