About Alivia

As a nurturing caregiver with 7 years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My background includes some college coursework in early child development, as well as First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games with children. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method of contact. Whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or another preferred method, I'm committed to keeping parents informed about their child's day and addressing any issues that arise. I'm comfortable following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and am happy to help with tasks like cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel.
