During Covid when all jobs were shut down I helped an adult son with his senior mother (87) who had Alzheimer's and dementia. She couldn't do any of the following alone: bathe, cook, walk, shower, (adult diapers). I would go over two days a week and bath, cook, take her outside for walks, try to converse with her and just let her know someone is there.
