Alison has been an extraordinary and cherished part of our family for the past year. She began caring for my son when he was around four months old, and also provided occasional care for my 9 year old. From the very beginning she exceeded every expectation I could ever have for a nanny. Alison went above and beyond her day-to-day responsibilities by engaging my son with age appropriate activities and offering him endless love and support. They enjoyed nature together— going on walks, listening to the birds and picking flowers. Alison often brought flowers home, filling our house with thoughtful little touches that brought so much joy into our lives. Our home felt peaceful and calm because of her, even when life was busy and chaotic. Alison has a rare gift for making people feel valued and cared for. Whether it was organizing surprise summer parties for our family, remembering birthdays with thoughtful gifts, or simply showing up every day with a positive attitude, she made our lives better in countless ways. As a mother herself, Alison has experience working with children of all ages as well as the elderly. I cannot recommend her highly enough; she is truly one in a million.
