About Alison

I'd describe my personality as patient, adventurous, and organized. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I started out with local baby sitting jobs for family and friends. I soon discovered my passion for education and began tutoring my peers. From there, I transitioned into virtual education, dance education, and teaching assistantships. By the time I finished my undergraduate and graduate education, I had a multitude of experience including running after school library programs, nannying full time, and teaching. I have experience with children of all ages and believe in explorative learning through play and discovery. In my spare time, I like to read, craft, hike with my dogs, and attend community events such as markets and festivals. My skills include education, engagement, and time management.
