Hello! My name is Alison! I am in my early 20s and located in the south shore area. I am also a sophomore studying child development. I love nature and incorporating important lessons to cater to specific developmental needs. I have experience in classrooms from infants to 5th grade. I foster open communication with parents, regularly updating them about their child's day and addressing any concerns. I find it essential to enforce household rules consistently to ensure a structured environment for the children. From outdoor games to educational activities, I enjoy engaging children in various play that enhances their physical, mental, and social skills. I hold Early Childhood Education (ECE) certifications and have completed coursework in early child development.
