About Alisa

Hi there, my name is Alisa and I'm an energetic and creative 35-year-old! I started out in Design school and fell into childcare while going to school and love it so much. I have years of experience with ages ranging from infants to young adults. I have run households with up to five children at a time (meal prep, errands, transportation to events, helping with homework, etc.) My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind and will work with you on any challenges your child may have. As far as Senior care goes, I have had the blessed opportunity of taking care of my grandmother with Alzheimer's on a daily basis for 2 years. I helped her with transportation, keeping her occupied, running errands, food prep, and overall support. It was a very rewarding experience and taught me so much about patience and humility.
