Alin has helped our family to take care of our baby boy since 6 weeks old. She is attentive to details that she keeps records of my baby's schedule with details on feeding/sleep/diaper change, etc She is sweet and treat my baby like one of hers. I can feel the genuine loving mom vibe from her toward my baby, instead of $ transaction work duties She is experienced with kids from infant to toddler as she is a dedicated mom (with nurse background) herself She is super friendly, respecful and very easy to work with. She often times updates her plans to accommodate our busy work schedule She is reliable and also keep us updated on highlights of the day, plans for the week or future so we can plan accordingly If you are looking for someone who treats your child with love and professionalism, Alin is the person to go!
