Aline is the absolute best! She has been our nanny for almost a year with our son (from the time he was 3 months- 1 year) and our dogs (two large, slobbery mastiffs who think they’re lap dogs). The only reason we are no longer using her is that we will be moving back to the East Coast. We are so sad to be leaving her! Aline is punctual every single day and very communicative. She is flexible with our crazy healthcare schedules. She is very contentious about sticking to the parenting style we prefer, and adjusted easily when we began sleep training our son. She asks all the right questions to ensure she had the information she needed to take the best care of our son. She has been absolutely fantastic with our dogs (we were worried about finding someone who was comfortable and able to handle the dogs). She sets limits with them when needed, but embraces all 250 pounds of love and slobber from them! The house is always cleaner than we found it after she is there, and my son and dogs are always happy and very well taken care of. I’ve learned many parenting skills and tips from her! I had a lot of new mom stress and guilt about leaving my baby with a stranger when I went back to work, but when I met Aline she immediately put me at ease, and I knew we found our person! She has my absolute highest recommendation. Hire Aline!!!!!
