If you’re reading this while searching for a nanny or babysitter, consider yourself incredibly lucky—you’ve just found the best. Having worked with 5 to 7 caregivers over the years, I can confidently say that Aline is the best. She has worked full-time with our family for over a year and has become an irreplaceable part of our lives. Kind, responsible, and proactive, she not only completes every task flawlessly but also anticipates our needs and addresses them before we even notice. Most importantly, Aline has shown an extraordinary level of love and care for my 2-year-old son, treating him as if he were her own. When we first met her, he was still unable to walk and progressing a bit more slowly than others his age. Thanks to Aline’s support and care, he now runs joyfully to the playground every day, calling her name and singing songs together. He absolutely adores her, whether they’re reading books together while he sits on her lap or happily pointing out numbers and letters during playtime. His mornings begin with excitement, waiting eagerly for her to arrive, and he greets her with a big hug as soon as she walks through the door. As a caregiver, Aline’s incredible attentiveness to detail—whether noticing subtle changes in his skin, recognizing shifts in his mood, or consistently communicating about his well-being—has given me absolute peace of mind.
