As a caregiver with three years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting families and providing reliable childcare. I'm patient and calm, creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe and loved. I believe in open communication with parents, using their preferred method to discuss their child's day and any issues that may arise. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency for the children in my care. I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children, as well as educational games that promote learning and development. I'm also comfortable caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. With my early child development coursework and training in First Aid and CPR, I'm well-equipped to provide quality care for up to 10 children at a time. I'm also willing to help with cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel. As a Russian speaker, I can provide bilingual care if needed.
