Ali provided sincerely one of the best experiences I have had in the 20 years I had been caring for my ailing parents. She brings both a readiness to dedicate herself to the tasks at hand (large/small, mundane/unique, any/all) as well as a willingness to learn the nuances of the specific client (in this case my very acerbic 82 year-old bed-bound mother). This unique mixture--of being fully present and unassuming---is uncommon and truly touching. It gave me the sense that my mother was safe and well cared for and enriched my mother's quality of life as well. Ali's experience is multidisciplinary and extensive, her work ethic unflinching, and her attention to detail unflagging. The care she gives is authentic. When it comes to those we love and for whom we need to find caregivers---Ali is a defining jewel. Thank you so much.
