About Alija

I am a passionate childcare provider with 10 years of experience helping families with their childcare needs. My love of nurturing children and supporting their growth drew me to this field. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I believe in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. When communicating with parents, I follow their preferred method and ensure they are kept informed about their child's day. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure that the children understand and respect these rules. I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I am comfortable caring for one or two child at a time and am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I m very good at cooking so I don't mind making a dinner for a family. I hold a graduate degree and am Doula-trained, CPR-trained, and TrustLine-certified (CA only).
