About Alicia

I started working with kids when my little sister was born in 2004 (I was a young teen). Since then, I've been a mother to 3 stepkids (16, 19 & 22) and to my elementary daughter. I've worked at a daycare as a teen, and I am currently employed at my daughter's school, working directly with elementary students with behaviors or special needs (such as autism & down syndrome). I love being a mom, and it's the most important job I'll ever have, so taking care of kids is no joke to me. It can be hard, but so fulfilling. People generally describe me as sweet, honest, and compassionate. If you wait for it, the weirdness will show up! On top of running my own family home, I also have multiple years of experience owning a retail/service business, which meant coordinating with several people at once. I will always do my best to communicate with you!
